RSD MEDICAL RECORD REVIEW

 

For RSD patients who are involved in some type of legal case may it be a worker's compensation case, a personal injury case, or a medical malpractice case it may be helpful for  you and your lawyer to have an independent person who does medical record reviews to help your lawyer with your case.

I would highly recommend that your lawyer contact  James A. Wolcott, C.R.N.A., A.R.N.P., C.L.N.C.  who is a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant. With this qualification, James is able to review medical records, screen for merit and help to guide attorneys through the medical aspect of legal cases, providing answers to their medical questions.
